I ended up with a pair of Hed Ardennes. Shortly there after I was off to Cali leading a group on a training trip and

Sisu Masters Fitness Testing |

A beautiful evening at Battle Creek was a the back drop for the Sisu Masters
baseline fitness testing - what FUN!! The group completed a 1Km run (3x), a pole-touch and
"10-hop" test, along with 30sec. max pushups, situps, dips and pullups. A great way to track
